We collect the information you choose to submit through this website, including:

• Contact details — your name, business or organisation, email address and telephone number.
• Project details — property postcode and location, project type, planning status, estimated budget, desired start date, required expertise and your description of the work.
• Business details, where you apply to our partner network — company number, services, coverage, accreditations, insurance, trading history, references and representative projects.
• Files you upload — drawings, briefs, images or capability statements.
• Basic technical information required to operate and secure the website.

We do not ask for special category data, and you should not include it in a submission.

We use the information you provide to:

• review and qualify your enquiry or application;
• communicate with you about it;
• assess whether an opportunity and a potential delivery partner may be suitable for one another;
• facilitate a structured introduction, where appropriate and with your consent;
• keep records of our own commercial activity and correspondence.

Our lawful bases are your consent, where given at the point of submission, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating our practice.

Where you have consented, and only where we consider an introduction appropriate, we may discuss your enquiry with a potential delivery partner in order to establish interest and fit. Any onward contract, pricing and delivery is agreed between you and that party directly.

We also use trusted service providers to host this website and store submissions on our behalf, and we may disclose information where the law requires it.

Epelle & Co. provides project-origination, partner-sourcing and commercial-introduction services. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Epelle does not provide design, construction, project-management or professional advisory services. Independent parties are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and agreeing the scope, price and terms of any engagement directly.

Submissions and uploaded files are held in private, access-controlled systems. They are not publicly accessible and are visible only to Epelle & Co.

We retain information only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, or for as long as we are required to keep it, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to UK data protection law, you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it to another provider. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
