Each brief is assessed on its own terms: the property, the scope, the budget and the timing. Where there is real fit, we introduce a small number of suitable independent firms. Epelle does not carry out construction or design work; appointed parties contract directly with the client.
London's housing and planning conditions vary a great deal between boroughs. Inter-war family houses in outer London, listed and period buildings in central conservation areas, and commercial premises in the City each call for different experience. We look for firms with recent, comparable work in similar buildings rather than a general claim to cover everywhere.
