Commercial Refurbishment & Fit-Out — London

Commercial refurbishment and fit-out introductions.

For office, retail, hospitality and mixed-use refurbishment and fit-out, Epelle & Co. reviews the requirement and introduces suitable independent firms in London.

Epelle & Co. does not provide architectural, project-management, cost-consultancy or contracting services. Appointed parties contract directly with the client.

Sectors

Workplace

Office refurbishment and Category A and B fit-out.

Retail and hospitality

Shops, restaurants, bars and hotel interiors.

Mixed-use

Ground-floor commercial space and common parts within mixed-use buildings.

What shapes a commercial introduction

Commercial projects differ from residential ones in ways that change who is suitable. Before introducing anyone, we want to understand:

  • The programme, including any fixed opening or lease dates
  • Whether the site will be occupied or trading during the works
  • The scope and the extent of landlord or tenant works
  • How far the design has progressed
  • The anticipated budget
  • The intended procurement route, such as single-stage, two-stage or design and build

Who we may introduce

Depending on the requirement: main and fit-out contractors, specialist subcontractors such as joinery or mechanical and electrical, and interior designers.

Where the requirement extends beyond construction delivery, Epelle & Co. may also identify potential independent professional relationships, including project managers and quantity surveyors. Any appointment is made separately by the client following their own assessment and professional advice.

Submitting an enquiry is free and does not commit you to anything. Each one is reviewed individually; an introduction is made only where there is a sound fit. See our Privacy Notice for how information is handled.
